Rainbow Teachers’ Choir in Binhai New District, Tianjin
Founded in April 2011, Rainbow Teachers’ Choir possesses 90 members-all are teachers from schools in Binhai new district.
Over the past few years, it has participated in various cultural events and achieved excellent awards as listed below:
In 2011 a bronze medal in the Xi 'an Chorus Festival competition.
In 2012 ranking first with full scores in the column celebrating the International Labor Day in a program Songs and Smile in CCTV music channel and ranking top in Tianjin district in the 16th Stars Award as well as the silver medal prize in the 2nd National Teachers Chorus Festival.
In 2013 invited by Ministry of Culture to take part in chorus exchanges in Moscow.
In 2014 the first ranking in Tianjin area selection for the 9th National Golden Bell Awards
In 2014 the gold medal in the first National Chorus Festival in Dalian.
In 2015 the first ranking in chorus competition in Tianjin area selection for the 17th National Stars Award.
In 2015 the gold medal in China City Chorus Festival to mark the 70th Anniversary of Chinese People’s Anti-Japanese War and the world’s anti-fascism war.
In 2016 the gold medal in the 3rd National Teachers Chorus Festival competition.
