思音合唱团于2014年3月成立，团员由重庆各单位离退休声乐爱好者组成。现有团员50余人，平均年龄61岁。合唱团遵循“学习合唱艺术，陶冶情操，老有所学，老有所乐”的精神，传播健康、快乐的乐活理念和生活方式，用歌声唱出中老年人积极乐观、健康向上的良好精神风貌。合唱团组建时间虽短，由于坚持每周训练，合唱艺术水平不断提高，2016年荣获第三届中国民歌节A类混声合唱银奖。该团还参加社区的公益演出活动受到广泛好评。
Established in March 2014the Sound Choir is made up by over 50 retired vocal music lovers with the average age of 61 from Chongqing units. The choir is committed to learn chorus art to better their aged members’ emotions for the benefit of their knowledge and happiness. It popularize the LOHAS concept and healthy and happy ways of living among the old and express the old’s positive and healthy spirit by songs.
Although this is an emerging choirits chorus skill is improving rapidly due to training week after week. In 2016the choir won the silver prize in A-class mixed chorus in the Third China Folk Festival. Moreoverthey participated in public activities in the communities and received wide acclaim.
